The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Roof Replacement Project Notice - Project Duration: August 7- approximately October 31, 2026
The BBQ and picnic table area will be closed during work on the South Third of the roof. The poolside BBQs will be available. 
Please expect construction noise and periodic disruptions throughout the project.
